Come-se bem menos do que eu estou comendo, eu vi em um site e a menina emagreceu 22 kg. Só estou perplexa, pq pensei que melancia fosse 0 pts e vi que é 1 pt. Um absurdo, pq refrigerante light é liberado e ao meu ver, isso é bem pior do que melão e melancia! E ainda passei mal no fim do dia. Estou no segundo dia de menstruação, o que em si já é complicado. Passei mal de cólica menstrual, de cólica de dor de barriga.. e tudo junto ainda por cima!!! Fugi de todos os possíveis convites prá sair de casa... nesses dias é melhor ficar quietinha em casa. Tomei 4569 banhos, sujei o lençol, o vestinho, são meia noite e vinte, o Richard tá trabalhando até agora, mas eu achei até bom pq nesses dias o melhor é ficar sozinha msm! Confesso que quando vi o que tinha para o almoço quase desisti e protelei mais um pouquinho mas fui em frente com a minha sopinha. Depois do almoço fui pro Canal 36.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;De lá saí com o Léo, tomei dois chopps e dividimos uma porção de batata. Tenho a sopa congelada no meu freezer e amanhã começo a descongelar os meus potinhos. Hoje foi a minha despedida das guloseimas,sei que não será muito fácil logo nos primeiros dias que voltar pro Brasil, mas agora eu tenho certeza que é a última vez. Estou me sentindo muito mal com este peso e vou abaixar 15 quilos na balança e correr uma maratona até o final do ano.&lt;br /&gt;Estou de TPM, ansiosa e adoraria que viesse logo para não viajar menstruada.
